I've worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for 20 years with the pediatric population from Children's Hospital Rehab unit to the school setting. I've enjoyed my time immensely not only with the child but seeing their success carry over into the home. I find the first step of being able to connect with the child important before you can expect them to commit. I am also very reliable, resourceful, creative on a budget and flexible so these times posted can be modified. I've also in the past year started working with adults in the home with for example, progressive neurological disorders, physical limitations and those recovering from short term illness or surgery. I've assisted in supporting them be as independent as possible with modifications as needed.
