I have 5 years experience implementing behavioral plans at a residential facility for children aged 4 to 17. My experience includes those on the autism spectrum, down syndrome, both cognitive and physical delays, as well as a variety of additional medical needs. I have reliable transportation, a psychology degree specializing in child development, and extensive first aid training from past employment at a children's residential facility.
