Hi! Thank you for taking the time to stop by and read my profile. I have a lot of experience giving care to those with special needs as well as the elderly. I have been doing this work for the past year full-time for a couple different families but have been volunteering at assisted living facilities since college. I grew up with a sister with down syndrome and have learned a lot about patience and compassion and I have always felt very fortunate to have her in my life. She has made me the person I am today. A person who loves to take care of others. I currently take care of an elderly woman and I am in charge of taking her to and from her doctors appointments. Right now I'm living in Boston but I will be moving back to Connecticut in early July and I'm looking for full-time work starting right around then. My schedule can be very flexible to fit the needs of the right family. I'm responsible, reliable and punctual. I'm also very artistic and (I'm told) funny:). contact me!
