About Sara

My name is Sara. I am a 32-year-old stay at home mom. I have three step kids that are adults and 2 littles of my own. An 8-year-old and 1-year-old. I am going to school part time for my masters in clinical mental health counseling. I have been a babysitter or nanny since the age of 13 to kids ranging from newborn-18. I have worked with children with autism, severe OCD, PTSD, Down syndrome, and global learning disorder. I have worked at an after school program and summer camps being in charge of up to 30 children. Aside from my experience, I love kids! I love working with kids and seeing them learn and grow. I enjoy doing crafts, reading, playing games, and going outside. I have my own transportation and do not smoke (regularly asked questions). I do not mind making meals or light housework. I do plan to bring my baby with me which I know is not ideal for some families but as I have stated, I am pretty good at balancing multiple children and giving attention to all.

Sara was so much more than just a babysitter to us! She truly loves children and you can tell that these babies really become family to her. Sara helped to care for my now 4-year-old for his first 1 to 2 years of life, bringing her daughter with her to my home. It was a great experience and she really took great care of him. She is trustworthy and very interactive with children, making sure that they are not bored and helping them learn through play was important.
