I worked for Santa Ana USD for over 10 years in the special education department. Started with the elementary level promoted to middle and high school. Later with students who graduated from high school and became Regional Center clients. One of my responsibilities was to assist in their transition to become independent and deal with every day situations. Physically limited and/or mentally challenged where some of the conditions they had, other medical conditions included seizure disorder and autism where some of the challenges.
