Good Morning, I have been a Caregiver with hands on experience for over 15 years. I specialize in Dementia, Alzheimer's, & Hospice. I am in the process of taking Courses for Certifications. I wear many hats while I am working for someone: Medication Management Hygiene: Bathing, Shower or Bed Bath Lite house keeping: Laundry Clean up Dishes, Safety Issues: I ensure the environment is clean & sterile. I ensure the residence is safe, uncluttered, easy access, all home health equipment is up to date & efficient. I track diet & record, prepare meals, clean up, store correctly in correct temperatures & environments.(ADL's) I monitor complete sleep hours & records. Exercise: Any time a client would like to walk, enjoy the Sun outside, or visit with a friend, I will be by their side.(Unless they request privacy.) I have been trained by the American Red Cross in many skills. I can pass any drug test & have a great driving record.
