I've been in automotive for the last 5 years, and am trying to decide if I want to pursue a career in it or if I want to venture into something more humanitarian based since helping people is genuinely what makes me happy. I've worked in customer service my whole life, in automotive specifically I've been a very successful service advisor. I have assisted many customers prepare cases against other shops.
