My patient and friendly demeanor puts children at ease, and I have a natural ability to connect with them and understand their needs. Encouraging open communication with parents is crucial to me. I provide regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise, whether through written daily reports or via text or phone calls, whichever the parents prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I firmly believe in following the parents' lead. My goal is to support their parenting style and ensure consistency for the child.
