San was an absolute blessing for our family. She's taken care of my 2.5yo since he was an infant, always with kindness, calmness, and enthusiasm. She has experience working in a Montessori school, and definitely brought that knowledge into our home. She taught my son while taking care of him and was always hands on with active learning activities. She even did some chores around our home, without being asked. She truly took care of my son like he was her own. We have a two physician household, and San's flexibility is the only thing that helped it run successfully. Specifically, I work as a hospitalist, and San was able to work the long hours I required during my 12hr+ shifts. I whole heartedly recommend San without reservation. Any family would be blessed to have her.
