I have 3 grown children and lots of references from past and present parents. I offer nanny care for a fraction of the cost with the same love and attention given to each child. I do a age appropriate curriculum with lots of activities to keep their minds busy. I have an app that lets you know what they are doing throughout the day such as naps, food, play, potty. Sandy has looked after my daughter 4 days a week for the last 14 months. From the very beginning, she miraculously got her to take regular (LONG) naps which were never high on my daughter's list. Sandy is always in contact about her status, if she's done something unusual/out of character or funny or just to send a cute pic during the day. She recognizes when something is "off" and takes time outside of working hours to check in on her to see how she's feeling/recovering. The daycare is always (spotlessly) clean and well maintained with lots of toys. The backyard is a great/safe place for the kids to run and play; during the summer months splash in the baby pool or sprinkler. Overall, we couldn't be happier.
