If you're lucky enough to get Sandra when she's available...hire her asap! Sandra is an amazing nanny. She worked for us for 2 years full time, starting when our oldest 2 kids were 2 and newborn. Since then she has been an occasional nanny for 6 hrs to us, including our 3rd kid. She is often watching all three kids...age 2, 4, and 7, all at the same time. She is family to us. My kids adore her.. There is no one else I can think of that can watch our 3 kids these ages simultaneously alone, and with such love and attention. She is also willing to help drive the kids, cook and clean, and help teach the kids. She is also good with technology and writes me frequent updates regarding kids status, important because I'm often away all day for my job. She is a fluent English speaker and is a U.S. citizen. Her energy level is boundless! She can far and away keep up physically running with my 2 , 4, and 7 year old!
