Employed in two different medical practices I was enlisted by the practice owners to aid them in other business endeavors and/or day to day task. Adding to a primary job at the medical practice to the second business- a processing plant for the 1st kiln-dried dog treats, pig ears, beef sticks, etc. I met people from Germany who mentored my role in quality control for the processing of novel dog treats. It expanded nationwide. I cared for the owner's competition cutting horses, picked up his son from school, banking, managed inventory, paid monthly accounts, etc. Also- indepth house sitting experience of their home and it's urban private zoo and included maintaining their property's spectacular gardens while the owner traveled abroad. One enlistment with the practice owner/entrepreneur lasted 19 the other enlistment was 16 years.
