Sandra is an amazing nanny! She took care of my two kids (now 8 and 6) when they were newborns and on till they were 3 and 2, respectively. Here's what's most important -- she is reliable, considerate of both the children and the parents, respectfully supports the parent's parenting style, and most importantly very respectful and loving with the children. While working with us, Sandra had two children. At one point, she was bringing her newborn to work and did an amazing job balancing my son's needs (we only had the one child at the time) and her son's! We adore Sandra and consider her to be a part of the family.
