I am a certified nursing assistant. I'm currently employed at Collierville Health Services. I have been in the health care field for 25 years. I've taken care of the elderly for the majority of those years. Including patients with Alzheimer and other forms of dementia. My experience also includes the mentally ill, disabled children and adults alike. I also cared for my mom in my home for 11 years, who also had Alzheimer, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. She lived a long time , dying at the age of 87. Though I can't take all the credit, I believe that because of the great care she got at home is what prolonged her life.
