I have 9 years of experience working primarily with infants and toddlers. I would describe my caregiving style as calm, respectful and mindful of others. As a caregiver it is deeply important for me to have a positive interpersonal relationship with the children I take care of. As well as to offer the children a safe environment to explore things like parks, museums, etc... Additionally I like to work with parents to create consistent routines according to the child's developmental stage. I also enjoy doing playtime, story time, mealtime and outdoor activities, plus teaching my language (Spanish) to kids. In my free time I like to read, walk, go for a coffee, and I love pets. I'm looking forward to meeting you all!!

Sandra was our nanny for two years, and I honestly can’t say enough great things about her. She is kind, gentle, and loving with our children, and has this amazing ability to get them to happily cooperate. Whether it’s sticking to a morning routine or tackling something bigger like potty training, Sandra made everything so much easier. I often joke that she's a baby and toddler whisperer—she just has this magic touch! I have complete trust in Sandra and always feel at ease knowing our children are in her care. She's incredibly responsible, smart, and proactive. She’s a good driver, and she has ample experience with babies and toddlers. She’s also incredibly reliable, even when it comes to handling any out of the ordinary responsibilities. One of our children had multiple food allergies, and Sandra came with us to doctor’s appointments and diligently followed all the prescribed oral immune therapy protocols to help our little one outgrow her allergies. One of the things we’ve loved most about having Sandra with us is how active she is with the kids. She’s always finding fun, educational activities for them, from story time, music class, gymnastics, trips to museums and playgrounds, and more. She knows all the best places to take them, and she loves getting them out and about, interacting with other kids, and encouraging them to explore and grow. We’ve really seen our children blossom under her care. She’s even built a wonderful routine with a group of other nannies and children, creating a mini preschool-like community where our children formed lasting friendships and learned to socialize with others their own age. It’s been so rewarding to watch their little bonds grow. Sandra is deeply passionate about child development, and it's clear she goes above and beyond to support our children's learning and milestones. Whether it's encouraging their first steps or helping them find age-appropriate ways to communicate, she’s always engaging with them and supporting their growth. And beyond her work with the children, she’s such a warm, positive presence in our home. We’ve loved having her as part of our family and have learned so much from her along the way. Anyone who gets to work with Sandra will be truly lucky!
