About Sandina

I like working with animals because it's all I've ever known. I grew up around animals my whole life as a daughter of a farmer. I grew up with cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, cats, dogs, racoons & squirrels as pets/farm animals. As an adult I have owned dogs, cats, bunnies, ferrets, guinea pigs, gerbils, & mice. They bring me just so much happiness & is therapeutic for me to work with them. I've been so happy to finally be in this field the last several years & been the best decision. I started working with animals after I went back to school & got my degree in animal welfare & administration. From there started looking for animal careers & then found doggy daycare which has been the best decision I've ever made career wise. My skills include reading dog body language, providing enrichment activities, & giving them all the attention they want.
