Sandi has taken care of my 1-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son, and has done an excellent job. She has a natural gift and a genuine love for kids , which made me feel like my kids were always safe with her. Sandi is very nurturing, and also has empathy and sensitivity to what a child is feeling, and that builds long-term trust. She is thoughtful, lending a hand without needing to be asked, and gives kids undivided attention when she is with them. Sandi is also organized and very good about helping us ensure our daughter stuck to a consistent schedule, which is so important. Sandi is very dependable and responsible, was always on time, and would always communicate in advance if she needed time off. I would highly recommend Sandi for any position taking care of children, you’ve lucked out if you found Sandi!
