I have worked as a Private Caregiver for residents with Dementia/Alzheimer's the past 7 years and have experience working as a CNA in hospice and SNF locations. My care experience covers ADL's such as eating, clothing, wound care, showers, medication prompting and dental hygiene. As a private caregiver for residents with dementia I make an effort to help establish a daily routine of tasks and type of exercise to motivate them. If a routine already exists I enable them to maintain it. I am Bilingual in English and Spanish and am also am very proficient with computers, and a variety of computer programs. Some of my education background, I graduated from Dominican University of California as a Biology Major and have plans on returning to school in the future for Nursing and have taken classes such as Biochemistry, Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Chemistry, Statistics, Hematology, and Medical Parasitology. Currently I work at an Occupational Therapy Clinic
