Howdy! Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. Serving others and connecting with people and pets is my passion. I spent 10 years as a 'suit and tie' in the corporate world, but felt led to follow my heart and help the elderly, those with special needs, kids, and animals. As a son who experienced two terminally diagnosed parents, end of life care is something I am familiar with and comfortable in. I have a special place in my heart for individuals with special needs. In college, I ran a job experience work program for Down Syndrome young adults. The last year and a half, I've been a full time caregiver and companion to two adult men with special needs. They are like family! I previously spent a year as the in home caregiver to an elderly man with dementia before he needed the support of a memory care facility. I am an involved uncle to two amazing kids (4 and 6). I have my HCA and CPR certifications. I look forward to connecting!
