About Sam

Hello! My name is Sam, and I am a music therapist in training, musician, artist, and lover of reading/writing and all things words. If you're looking for a passionate, engaging teacher with a knack for making these subjects come to life, I'm there! I have a bachelor's in music, and as such have been playing guitar, singing, and playing piano for over 10 years. Whether it's music theory, sight reading, or just learning to play and/or sing for fun, I have history teaching every age group preschool through high school. And if you're an adult looking for tutoring that is splendid as well! My interest in reading and writing has been both a hobby and an asset to my growth as a musician and future therapist, and as such I have tips for both the deep-literature-diver and the struggling reader alike.
