I used to use care. com looking for child caregivers for my own children. Now I am on the other side. Having experienced looking for trustworthy caregivers, I understand the position you are in. I was a stay at home mom from the time my first child was born and I have been the parent at the playground or music class etc observing nannies and babysitters. I always thought to myself the importance of finding a person who would care for my children and be engaged the way I would. My goal is to provide that for you, along with peace of mind. Both of my daughters are in high school now and leading more independent lives. I left my last paying job 17 years ago to care for my children and have been very hands-on. I am very experienced with car pools and tight schedules and making healthy lunches and snacks and helping with homework. It is my favorite job and I miss those younger ages! I have an SUV that seats 7. I speak a little bit of French.
