About Sam

Hello, my name is Sam! I'm 21 years old and a junior at UNCW. I'm an elementary education major and I'm looking to gain experience with working with children so I can better fit the needs of my students. I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, and exciting. I started working with kids when since I was 12 years old. I have 3 younger siblings that I would babysit all the time to help my parents. Eventually, I started helping out my aunts and uncles out with their children. I like working with kids because it's fun! Everyday you can learn something new when working with kids. In my spare time, I like to read, write, listen to music, and study. I'm always open to playing games and learning something new. My skills include being flexible and adaptable, having patience and understanding, and time management.
