Birch nannied for our daughters when they were 1.5 and 3.5. Our girls absolutely loved her. She’s creative, imaginative, and intentional with her care. She affirmed their big feelings, while holding safe, healthy boundaries. We all came out of our time with Birch grateful for our experience with her.
