My approach to communication with parents is proactive and transparent. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls. Regarding household rules, I firmly believe in aligning with the parents' wishes and following their lead to ensure consistency for the child. With my passion for outdoor activities, I love organizing sports and physical games that promote healthy habits and teamwork.
