About Sam

I'm a nurturing, patient, and calm person who is passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My four years of experience and my love for working with kids have led me to seek job opportunities as a babysitter/nanny. I've been babysitting since college and have worked with after-school STEM clubs. I work locally in Austin and attend UT. I enjoy engaging with kids through their passions and curiosity. I'm an outdoorsy person who works out and climbs in my free time. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages and I am comfortable enforcing household rules. When it comes to communication, I tend to verbally communicate with parents to recap the time spent with kiddos, I am flexible and can follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm also comfortable with pets. I have a diverse background in my experiences with kids and absolutely love working with kids. I always joke that I prefer kids to adults.
