I am a fun energetic loving nanny with 6 years of experience caring for children from infancy through 5 years. With a background in environmental education it comes naturally to introduce children to the outdoors for walks, play, and sensory learning at all ages. I'm passionate about healthy eating and play as exercise. I also believe that routine is very important for children but that daily variety is also key (ie same nap times with different adventures each day). I nanny with no screen time and believe reading daily to children at all ages is highly beneficial. I'm a calm, loving nanny and have been called a baby sleep whisper! I look forward to finding a wonderful family to work with! In my spare time I love hiking with my dogs, kayaking in the summer, cross country and skate skiing in the winter!

Samara has been an angel to our family. We are so grateful for the reliability, kindness and love she has demonstrated through many twists, turns and toddler tantrums! She is never late, very patient and engaging with the children. They love her and we feel at ease while they're under her care. She drives them around often and finds new adventures for them each week. She is very consistent with a schedule and has introduced them to hundreds of books, new words, songs and imaginative play. She balances fun with instruction very well and a true natural. We feel very fortunate to have welcomed her into our family and will miss her dearly as our needs change.
