About Samantha

I've always had a passion for working with children, which is what motivated me to become a caregiver. I've been fortunate to gain valuable experience through my four years working with kids in an After School Program through BISD and serving in a children's church program. As a childcare provider, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I believe in open and honest communication with parents about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and take their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games or puzzles. I am comfortable caring for children of school age (5-12+) I have some college education, and I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
