With 17 years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, either verbally at pickup or through regular updates via text or phone call, depending on their preferred method. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a structured environment for the children in my care.
