I am a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with 17 years of experience providing direct care to patients with diverse needs. I have been a care provider for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries & geriatric populations. I am proficient in assisting individuals with activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, mobility, light housekeeping and medication administration. I have experience providing specialized care to individuals and have the ability to provide wheelchair transfers, hoyer transfers, wound care, & incontinence care. I also obtain several years of providing care coordination for patients and am able to provide coordination of care between doctors, guardians, & social workers to relieve families. I can provide and build strong & trusting relationships with clients and their families. I am committed to providing continuity of care & quality of life with compassion & grace.
