I have spent the last 2 and a half years doing skilled nursing in a home. Watching over and caring for over 25 patients at one time. While I deeply loved doing that, I would like to provide 1:1 care to a smaller amount of patients. Or even 1 consistent patient. I have an overwhelming amount of experience with dementia and Alzheimer's. I am fascinated with the science behind it and deeply feel for the patients who struggle with it. I am experienced in ADLs, bathing/feeding, dressing/ changing, ambulating/ walking if applicable. Bed changing, Oral and prenatal hygiene. My schedule is FLEXIBLE!! I am also experienced in lifts such as hoyer, sit to stand, and Sara steady standing lift. I enjoy spending time with the elderly and building a connection that improves their daily mental wellbeing. I enjoy giving all my care towards them as well. I look forward to helping your family and friends take some weight off during such a vulnerable time. Non-smoker!
