I've been a STNA for 13 years! I worked in most all settings, assisted-living , memory care , long-term , rehab, and home also the last two years I worked in Kettering Hamilton Hospital. I'm CPR and first aid certified plus my STNA certification. I've been off this app for quite some time and I just recently opened it back up trying to get everything updated on it. I love working with elderly, I've worked homecare and the most valuable thing I learned was it will take us a two week learning curve, I need to learn their dues and don'ts your dues and don'ts and how you want things done and you need two weeks to get to know that I am here for you guys and to do my very best for you.!
