Hi, I'm a senior at Wayne State University whose purpose in life is to take care of others no matter what the circumstances may be. I'm majoring in nursing/pre-med with a minor in psychology. I received my associates at OCC. I have experience with a wide variety of conditions over the past decade of caregiving and being in the medical field. I was a combat medic in the army and became a flight medic for combat wounded military personnel transport to and from major hospitals. Working with people who felt like they were less than others or not enough because of an injury, disease, disorder, or alike opened my eyes for me to see that my purpose in life, I feel, is to take care of people, always be available for support, and to see how great it is to see someone you've helped say thank you. It is the greatest feeling in the world and I want to continue pursuing this dream of mine of becoming a nurse and care for others.
