About Samantha

Hello! My name is Samantha , and I am an elementary art teacher at Trunnell Elementary School in JCPS. I have a deep passion for working with children because I believe adults can learn invaluable life lessons by seeing the world through the eyes of a child. I am currently seeking a summer babysitter or caregiver position to provide financial support over June and July. In my role as an educator, I focus on fostering creativity and personal growth in my students. I aim to provide them with opportunities to explore their artistic talents while guiding them to develop a sense of accountability and respect for themselves and others. I enjoy engaging with kids in activities that are both fun and educational, and I particularly enjoy outdoor adventures. In my spare time, I create music and visual art projects, with a strong preference for painting. I look forward to working with a group of children who enjoy being active and exploring the world around them.
