About Samantha

Hello, My name is Samantha, however I typically go by Sam or Sammi. My experience with children is not only in babysitting or helping with my nephews. Currently I work for one of the surrounding schools until 2:30 p.m. as a Instructional assistant. I am also a driver for a local family for their son for pick up from school. I have taken childhood development, education professions, and intro to education. In both education professions and intro to education I was able to travel to an elementary school and job shadow both a preschool teacher and a kindergarten teacher. During these job shadows I was able to help children learn their ABC's, help create beautiful creative pictures, and more. I was also able to plan, prepare, and teach my own lesson to the children as well.
