I actually have chronic pain myself and although I function really well myself, others can't and I have been really active in the chronic illness community since my diagnosis four years ago. I have taught swim lessons to various kids with special needs ranging from Seizures to ADHD and Down syndrome for a few years. My mom and I are also volunteer puppy raisers for a service dog organization and have been involved with the recipients of dogs for the past few years. I am overall an incredibly compassionate and understanding caregiver, with my personal experiences shaping my worldview and skills. I look forward to hearing how I can best help you!
