I have a past decade of experience being a lead preschool teacher as well as an Education/Disabilities Manager experience. I currently am a full time Program Coordinator for adults with disabilities at a non-profit organization. Part of my responsibilities are to provide life skills training, prevocational training, and one to one support. I have a lot of patience and do a wonderful job encouraging and engaging all participants to be an independent as possible. I think it's wonderful that I can work with them and make their day brighter, share laughs, and teach them new skills each time I'm with them. They are all amazing!
