We met on zoom and discussed the role. She didn't have any questions. When I asked if she could provide references, she said she would get them. After some time, she was not able to get any for past nanny jobs. She also was not able to provide any references for her regular work. After waiting a long time for her to respond, she never followed up. I wasted my time.
