My name is Samantha. I have worked as a Behavior Technician with people who have Autism for nearly 4 years now. I have worked with several age groups such as youth, teens and adults in several different settings (clinic based, home based and after school care). I have experience with community outings, bathing, feeding, ABA, transportation, etc. I am also CPR certified and can provide documentation if needed. I want to be clear that I can not take a job as a Behavior Technician unless I am being supervised by a qualified BCBA. I cannot work independently as an RBT, per the BACB guidelines. I am currently looking to fill a babysitter/nanny/caregiver position.
