About Samantha

I would love to tutor because I feel that I have been called to just help people. I know that it can be difficult to learn material and sometimes teachers don't always know how to cater to each individual student's learning style, but I want to be able to help students understand it in a way that makes sense for them. I certainly don't feel my calling is to be a teacher in a classroom, but I know this is my unique gift to help people. I believe I am qualified to be a tutor because I have a lot of patience and I find so much joy when I can help someone understand something. Even if I don't know how to solve a problem or do something, I will take the time to learn it on my own or research how to solve it so that I can be better prepared to help someone else learn it. I even do this now in my college classes, and I never get tired of people asking me to explain something to them or when they ask me a question. I truly love it and it makes me feel like I am useful and that I matter.
