About Samantha

Hello, My name is Samantha and I am a compassionate and patient health and wellness facilitator! I provide services such as chair - yoga, guided relaxation techniques, bone density building exercise's; as well as grocery services, meal prep and weekly outings. I began my journey offering these specific services when I noticed my grandparents needing assistance remaining physically and mentally active. I also noticed they needed help cooking and grocery shopping. I am very thankful now for the time I was able to spend with them and feel proud of the help I was able to offer. Present day, I love the feeling of creating healthy and happy experiences for those in my community. I would describe myself as fun loving, with an eye for the individual and their specific needs. I now offer these services to the greater community; working with people from all walks of life.
