About Samantha

I'm a kind and friendly young adult that finds great joy in working with children. My previous job was working in an after school care program at a school, but due to school closings brought on by COVID-19, I am unable to keep working there. I feel safer pursuing more personal childcare jobs where I can focus on just 1-2 children at a time. When I was working at the school, my co-workers and I would oversee up to 80-90 children at a time. Their ages would range from 4-16, so I have experience working with a wide range of age groups. We would engage in all sorts of activities with the kids, such as playing games or making crafts. I won't just be sitting around and watching your children, I will play with them and create with them. I can even assist them with lessons or homework if I'm able to. I'd love to work with families that are still taking Covid precautions such as vaccinating and masking.
