I have experience from taking care of my aging great-grandparents up until their passing and now with my grandparents as they age. I'm familiar with dementia and Alzheimer's disease, Diabetes, medication on a schedule, and building a consistent routine. One thing I love to do is meal prep, cooking, and baking.
