Hi Parents! My name is Samantha and I've lived in San Diego for 6 months. Originally from NJ! I truly enjoy caring for children as I became a big sister when I turned 10. The children I've cared for manage to put a smile on my face every single time I see them. In the past I was a head counselor for the preschool division at a summer camp and I also was a preschool teacher for children 1-4. I also have babysat since I was 15 years old. Ever since then I have been involved in child care in many ways. Changing diapers to carpooling to and from school/sports obligations, preparing for bed, crafts, cleaning up and making them meals at any time of the day. Samantha successfully entertained my 4.5 year old daughter for 3 days within the confines of a hotel. They took walks, built stick bridges for ants, and engaged in active and imaginative play. My daughter enjoyed their time together and asked to have Sam watch her in the future. I was impressed with her timeliness (she was a few minutes early every day), positive attitude, and can do attitude. I recommend her without reservation and would hire her again (if we return to the San Diego area).
