She was really responsive in messages but when I set up a phone interview with her, she didn't pick up or get back to me. I messaged her the next day and we rescheduled. Again, she didn't pick up or get back to me. The lack of follow through and communication was frustrating. I have no idea how good of a nanny or sitter she is as we didn't get that far in the process.
