As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with over a decade of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for children. My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and make a positive impact on their lives. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to handle challenging situations with composure and understanding. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication method. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I gently guide children towards positive behaviors and age-appropriate responsibilities. From outdoor sports to board games and technology-based activities, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of games and experiences that foster their physical, mental, and emotional development. I am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging in age from one to 11 years.
