I have been in the special needs field in some capacity since high school. I have worked hand in hand with many different types of individuals, especially those with CP. I have assisted with all different ADL's (Feeding, Bathing, Dressing, etc.). I work at a slower pace to make sure the individual I am working with is comfortable. I love doing activities and outings with them when I get the chance. The past several years I have worked as a Case Manager. It has taught me to work well with my resident's families to coordinate care for their loved one. Thanks for the opportunity!
