I like keeping parents in the loop, so l make sure to share updates about their child's day or anything important that comes up. I'm good at balancing structure with fun. I can stick to household rules and routines, but l also know how to keep things flexible and exciting. I love playing games with kids, whether they're educational or just for fun, and I'm always coming up with new ways to keep them entertained and learning. I've completed First Aid training and feel confident handling unexpected situations.
