If your loved one needs help with cooking, errands, walks, and general care I'm your gal! CPR certified, first aid and I am emergency management certified. I enjoy cooking healthy and getting outside - if you are looking for help in meal prep and getting your loved one on walks / sports I'm happy to assist as well!
