About Samantha

I have experience working with ages 4-18+, including tutoring college level and higher education. I have 6 years experience with troubled youth and students struggling with academic progress with subjects including STEM and business courses. My educational background is in business administration with a concentration in management and HR management, from the University of La Verne. My extensive background in customer service with over 8 years experience in retail, working for a non-profit, property management, as well as sales allows me to mentor with a more secular approach. My daily 9-5 focuses on developing adults through communication and monitoring business developments. This experience allows me to help guide youth with a results driven approach. I curate individual learning plans (ILPs) for all students/youth I work with that align directly with their goals and guide them on their individual progress.
