I graduated from University of Houston in 2015 with a bachelor's degree. I have experienced with special students. While working at a Middle School for the last 3yrs I had 7 students under my care. I monitored the students all day, they speech impediment and some could not talk or walk freely. On the other hand, the students who could not walk were in wheelchairs using their hands as a navigation method. During instructional time, the students had to change activities every 15 minutes. My role was to guide the students to be as dependable as possible. I have strong references as well, I know when to tell when the baby is hungry or needs a diaper change. I figure it out by writing notes to keep track when was her last meal how many oz. for the baby of 3 months and 2 toddlers about the age of 2 meals, nap time, and getting ready to go for outings. Samanta looked after my little daughter on a number of occasions, both providing daytime and nighttime care. The baby didn’t warm up to her right away, and there were some issues with feeding but Samanta didn’t give up, didn’t lose her spirit and made lots of attempts to soothe and eventually feed the baby. She kept talking to her, playing with her, and won her trust within a day. Samanta was also very responsive to any questions I had, she gave timely updates on how baby was doing, she asked pointed and educated questions about the care specifics, and truly listened and took into account my answers. She quickly made me feel at ease, and I thought the baby was in great hands with her.
